Absolutely love this product!I’ve tried alot of other magnesium and they are no where near this products quality. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to make sure if yall do research on things like I do, this is the one so stop searching and just buy it already ☺️

I researched and decided on this particular combination and love it. I’ve recommended it to my family and friends. I take 2 in the evening before bed and it helps with my sleep.

UPDATE 6/18/25: Customer service for the manufacturer replied to my inquiry, offered a refund, and said, "Thanks for reaching out about our Magnesium supplement. This is not normal for our product and not the quality we are striving for. We are taking feedback seriously and working to ensure this does not happen in future batches."I love the combination of types of magnesium and the capsules are relatively easy to swallow even for someone with a narrow throat. However, I've noticed in the past two bottles that many of the capsules are half to three-quarters full, with empty space in the rest of the capsule. I've contacted the manufacturer as of June 2025 to see what they have to say about this.

I have tried several brands this brands surpasses all I have tried. I like that I can take one capsule and get the different magnesium that I need. Quality is excellent. I also use their Magnesium Citrate for my husband and it works the best for him also.I highly recommend this brand and the Magnesium 4.works the best.

I was told this is a good type of magnesium and it’s working very well for my husband and myself. We take at bedtime each night and seems to help with sleep also.

I’ve taken this for several months now and is very good helps me for my migraines very well. Definitely worth it.
