The Sudafed PE Sinus Pressure + Pain Relief tablets have been a lifesaver for me during sinus flare-ups. They work quickly to relieve pressure, headaches, and nasal congestion, and I love that they don’t make me feel groggy or sluggish.Within about 20–30 minutes, I can feel the pressure easing and my head starting to clear. The fact that it contains acetaminophen means it also takes care of the pain along with the congestion. I can still go about my day, work, and drive without feeling out of it.The tablets are small and easy to swallow, and having 24 in a pack makes it easy to keep them on hand for whenever sinus issues strike. This item actually did not work for me...and there is no return policy through Amazon...however, I gave this product 5 stars because I contacted the manufacturer from Amazon's info on them, and they are sending me a refund check for this product. They asked for all the product info, like lot number and exp date, also why I was taking it etc...so it is possible to be refunded for this product if it just doesn't work for you or causes you any reactions. I call that great customer service!
