these are great for me, pity they didnt come in bigger bottles. Only 10 days supply if you take 4 x3 times a day which I was advised by the chiropracter.

great brand.. probably the better.this mag phos so helps me relax at night..but mainly it helped me get out of a spasm issue with my back.. very effective and good quality. will buy again.

I've used these little "salts" for years. I suffer from leg cramps & restless legs. As soon as know a cramp is coming I pop one or two of these in my mouth. They are very easy to take with no horrible taste. One or two usually enough to calm the cramping or restless legs down. On the odd occasion I've needed two or three repeat doses. Completely safe to use & for me they work approximately 85% of the time. No hesitation in highly recommending this product.

Liked the medication. Homeopathy takes longer to show its true results but to start with it when you open the cap of the little bottle, you get the familiar homeopathy smell of spirit.

I take these along with Indigo Herbs 'Cramp Bark Tincture' and it has helped incredibly with the severe menstrual cramps I was experiencing. I take the two together at regular intervals during the first two days of my period as soon as the cramping begins and it has turned my life around these past few months! Sooo grateful for these natural products and to the beautiful functional medicine practitioner who suggested them to me. Thank you!!!!
