With the rice extract in this shampoo and conditioner my hair was instantly softer. The smell is light and not overwhelming.

I love to try new shampoos and conditioners and I've always heard it's good to switch them up every once in a while. I like the ingredients list and even more I like what I doesn't contain. I like the pump style of the bottles as well. The shampoo doesn't lather as well as I'd like and I feel like I need to use more product to get the lathering I want. The shampoo does seem to clean well, as I notice it gets rid of product buildup. It almost strips the hair and I find it necessary to use the conditioner. The conditioner is wonderful. Leaves my hair soft and manageable. The scent is nice, my husband compliments the smell of my hair. My only complaint is the shampoo. I have to use three pumps of shampoo on my should length hair and I feel like that's a lot.

I haven't used Hairitage products before, so I was curious to see how well they would work for my 2b-2c hair.I will note that the pump for my shampoo bottle was broken internally and would not pop up to be pumped; I removed the pump and poured some of the shampoo into my hand for use. The conditioner bottle/pump worked properly.I loved the scent of this line of products. It was a vanilla-musk scent (at least, to my nose). Occasionally, I'll use a hair product that smells strongly of chemicals. This product has an incredible scent, and I honestly wish I could get it in a body wash or perfume.I applied the shampoo, added some water, and found that it lathered well in my hair. It rinsed out well without feeling "squeaky". I applied conditioner and worked it through my hair. It was sufficient and hydrating; I was able to work it through my hair and remove any knots that had formed (pretty common for my hair to knot). Once it was rinsed, it still felt silky and moisturized.I was very happy using this shampoo and conditioner. I felt that my hair was clean and properly hydrated. I loved the scent of it and felt that the size of the bottles was generous. The cost at time of review is $17.58. For 13 oz of shampoo and 13 oz of conditioner, I think that this is a fair price for this product. I would order this shampoo and conditioner again. I have no complaints other than the hiccup with the shampoo bottle pump.

This shampoo has a nice scent and lathers very well. A little goes a long way with this product, which is always a plus. It got my scalp completely clean but even with the conditioner, it did leave my hair feeling stripped and tangled. I've also noticed a little more hair loss than usual but that could just be a coincidence. Overall it's great for cleaning the scalp and hair strands but I probably won't use it again.

This review is for the Hairitage Damage Recovery Shampoo & Conditioner set. This is two small-medium bottles both with pump tops. The pump top on the shampoo was hard to activate, and I had to use a pair of pliers to grip the inside sleeve while twisting the top to finally get it to pop up. Both of these have different scents, which is kind of nice since a lot of shampoo/conditioner sets go for the same smell. The conditioner isn't overly thick or hard to absorb. This leaves my hair feeling softer and looking shinier.

I have color-treated hair and I am constantly struggling with keeping enough moisture in my hair. I thought I'd give this a try, and it seems to be doing a good job! It lathers up nicely and, more importantly, rinses clear. I like the conditioner too, but I still felt the need to spray on my Hask leave-in spray. My hair was super clean and looked really shiny using this shampoo. I'm glad I tried it and will continue to use. (By the way, pump bottles are amazing! Also, the vanilla smell of the shampoo did not class with the coconut smell of my leave in. They blended quite nicely!

Since I started using them, my hair looks and feels much healthier, with a beautiful shine.The shampoo has a fresh, clean scent and lathers well, leaving my hair and scalp feeling good and cleaned. It rinses out easily too!The conditioner is just as good! It smells great, detangles my hair easily, and leaves it feeling super hydrated and shiny. Plus, it rinses out easily and doesn't weigh my hair down.Both products have a thick texture and made my hair look revitalized rather than dry. They're also gentle on my scalp and the pump dispensers work perfectly!
