Got a defective part, they're replacing, hoping they'll give my money back for wasted time and labor
As for the time being, I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this purchase, after all of the frustration and time put into pulling off the old actuator and replacing it with this one, this one was defective just like the one I was replacing. So I had to pull the replacement part off and put the old one back on, about 2 or 3 hours in labor so far, and when they get me the replacement for the replacement I will have another hour or more of work to do to get the new part on, and if that part ACTUALLY WORKS,then i will bump this up to a three star rating, or a five star if they refund the cost of the item for all of my wasted time.

Resolved the issue
Wished I would have bought this 3 years sooner. Couldn’t figure out what was making my car tick until we took it in the dealership and of course dealerships love ripping people off and was about to charge us $150 for the part and $500 for labor. Thankfully the boyfriend is a car enthusiast and was able to switch it out rather quickly once we were told what was causing the tick and saving us literally hundreds!

OEM Ford part, delivered to my door.
OEM part. The independent shop used this customer-supplied part (in an unopened bag), exactly what they needed, and out of stock at the local Ford dealer's parts departments. (Otherwise, they would have demurred.)The 5 stars are for "OEM". Aftermarket may be better, but stock parts such as this are an acceptable standard. It'll probably fail after another 25K miles, just like the original.

working perfectly in 2014 Fiesta ST.
working perfectly in 2014 Fiesta ST. so much better to replace myself than pay someone else $$$. do yourself a favor and watch the youtube vids for changing it out, and get a set of very small screwdriver bits to make the job easier (chapman is nice)

Makes the clicking stop!!
Product works great! This is the actuator on the driver's side above the blower motor. Kind of a pain to get to, but can change it without pulling dash. So far so good.

Motorcraft Part to replace OEM part.
I bought this for my 2017 Fiesta ST Drivers side Blend Door that was clicking. Took about 20 minutes altogether and worked like a charm.

Right part
I looked on other sites to find the right part for this this was the only one that actually worked to control all of the AC unit. Don’t waste your time with cheap imitation ones they only control one or two vents
