These peppers arrived well packaged not too dry or brittle the flavor is amazingly delicious fresh and spicy just as I like. I make chili oil with them can’t stop adding this to all my dishes.

Delicious and still soft ancho chilies. These are the best ones available on Amazon. The pepper is dried, but not entirely crispy where it falls apart when you handle it. Good value.

Pack full of bold smoky flavor and spice, these chilies were wonderful once shared on the stove and chopped very fine into I store bought salsa that I was spicing up for a party. These aren't all that hot, at least in my opinion, and I think are more for their taste.A big hit amongst the friend group!

These chiles have a deep, rich flavor with mild heat, making them great for sauces and stews. They blend well when toasted and subsequently rehydrated. They add a smoky, slightly fruity depth to dishes and a nice reddish/brown color.The quality is good: peppers are pliable and not overly brittle, which is a good sign of freshness. They come in a bag, but I recommend an airtight container to help keep them fresh.
