Hartmann 67987 Hydrofilm Transparent Film Dressing, Rectangle, 4" Width, 5" Length, Pack of 100

I was having problems with a bandage that comes with the Aspira Drainage Kit. I drain and change the dressing every day, so the skin that is exposed to the bandage adhesive is very sensitive. The Hartmann Hydrofilm has less adhesive strength and is much easier to apply to the dressing area (the printed numbered order to remove the coverings makes it very easy and the bandage is stiff enough with the backing to easily position and apply). While it is less water resistant (the bandage will feel slightly damp after a shower), the lower level of skin irritation caused when removing the bandage is a significant advantage.

My husband uses transparent film for medical reasons. I purchased this product because the usual manufacturer I buy from was out of stock. He liked this product, but said he preferred the other company. He found the other company's product to be a little easier to use. However, he did say the product was definitely satisfactory and would continue to use it if the other manufacturer was not available.

just the thing for covering large bandages for the shower. Work like a dream once you get the hang of using them (a little tricky).
