Exactly as expected. Well made, central cone assists with "winding" hose.
There are more convenient hose holders for re-winding a hose, but those are generally less attractive. This is an attractive hose holder and works as expected - not disappointed.

House for Laarge Hoses
Because of its size (I have 100ft hose), and Rustic copper finish, its a perfect fit for my outdoor essentials. I would have preferred a smaller size though (I dont think this comes in smaller sizes). In time there may get a collection of water & other debris, but unlike other containers/boxes, this one is easy to clean up and dry, just tilt it to remove debris that had settled in, and let air and or sunshine dry out the water inside the container. Of course there’s a hole on the side enough to fit the part of the hose for ease of connection. All in All, a Good BUY for me

Attractive Garden Hose Storage
I'm generally satisfied with the garden hose storage pot. It certainly helps with keeping the 100 ft garden hose conveniently stored rather than loose on the ground. The metal pot appears to be spray painted and I wonder how long it will be before it gets scratched and begins to rust. All in all, I think the pot is a little pricey for the quality (gauge of metal used and spray-painted surfaces) of the product. Hopefully, I'll be mistaken, and the container will be very durable.February, 2025: After nearly a year the first hose holder still looks good. The finish still looks great and periodic rinsing of the interior keeps the pot free of debris and relatively clean. I was so pleased with the performance over the past several months that I ordered a second identical hose holder for another location at my home. The second pot, however, arrived without the center post around which to wrap the hose. I don't know if this was in error, or the center post has been eliminated. I would have rated the product a "5" were it not for the missing center post. In any case, the product is as very good product, and I expect to get years of service from the two I've purchased.

Perfect hose holder
We love this hose holder. It’s sturdy, a beautiful copper with verdigris spots that make it perfect. So much better than a hose hanger for the front of our home.

Looks really nice
I really love this hose container. I bought it for the front of my house but my hose was too long and heavy to spend the time putting it away nicely. Will keep it and use it for something else as it is really pretty.

Lid is NOT included as described
It's really pretty and big and sturdy BUT it did not come with a lid as described. A bit of a disappointment considering the price.

A splurge worth having!!
I love this hose pot! It truly was a splurge, and I thought several days before ordering. In fact I looked locally before taking the plunge! Nothing compared to this pot. When it arrived I was very pleased with the look and the quality. Worth the money. I plan to be using this for many years.

No drainage - but looks good
Very big. Nice copper. Cannot figure out why they didn't put a hole in the bottom for drainage. When it rains, the whole holder fills up with water. I have to drain it.
