I am an over the road truck driver and decided to give this a try . I love it ! No more nasty truck stop coffee , no more huge coffee pot in the truck . I find myself using this while I'm on hometime as well . I have not had an issue with a plastic aftertaste and find that my coffee stays hot , but I do pour it into another mug when I'm done brewing . It seems to be pretty durable and it's super easy to use and clean . I like the fact that it's small enough to store without taking up a lot of space . I will be purchasing another one for a backup .

So at first I wrote a bad review and am editing that. It was leaking but realized that there was a rubber ring that went inside the top mouth part. I thought it was extra for something else. I added that and it stopped leaking. So user error.This is perfect for me. It is easy to clean and keep my coffee warm long enough. If you are one of those people that like your coffee scalding, you probably drink it fast enough for it to be hot. I am a sipper. It is light enough to throw in my suitcase to avoid bad hotel coffee when traveling. I also think it will be great for camping.

The office I work in has had a broken coffee maker for over a month. I had enough of not having coffee, so decided to try this out. It works great. I used Starbucks Breakfast Blend (I used about 2.5 T) with about 1 cup of water. This made a great cup of coffee that was nice and strong.Clean up is a little messy in my opinion. The wet grounds can be hard to get out. I didn't want to rinse the grounds down the sink so it took some time to clean out. However, I don't think this is a flaw of this model - assuming a lot of these types of coffee makers would have this issue.Still, excellent coffee maker. My co-workers can have their coffee withdrawals while I enjoy a great cup.

Great product !Make your favorite cup of coffee anywhere , anytime All you need is hot water ! and the thermos is very attractive with a hand protective grip .

Save your money and get a real aeropress or equivalent

Very easy to use and clean once I realised to push the inside part down without putting the lid on first. At last now I can have a cup of real coffee at my desk.

lol for someone who is a die hard coffee fan, this is a must travel need if you don’t feel comfortable using the coffee machine at hotels or Airbnbs. Small, easy to pack, easy to clean and very durable. Awesome 😎

The fact that this is a travel cup is great its small and easy to use. The down side is, its not insulated. the temperatures required to french press are too hot to safely handle this cup with bare hands, and the contents get cold very quickly in relation to driking the contents. The lid for drinking only attaches to the press cylinder and not the cup. Only the press cylinder has a seal ring and it still leaks from the cylinder and the drinking lid. All in all his is a good cup if it was priced half the cost. I had better travel cups that dont leak from the local dollar stores.
