Good ingredients
Got these because my vision is getting a little worse as I'm getting older and thought I'd try this out. No change for me so far, but it's hard to know if my vision would be even worse without taking these. They've got some good ingredients and no fillers which I appreciate. Serving size is two capsules which is doable and they're not overly large.

Great alternative to the much higher priced brands!
I've been taking AREDS2 from other brands for years and thought it would be nice to find a cheaper alternative. I can't tell any difference between these and other brands. They are easy to swallow and have no weird aftertaste. I am assuming they are doing the same thing for my eyes that other brands have done, but of course that's a little harder to measure. All in all, I plan to keep trying these for several more months.

Enough for three months
The best thing about this is that there are 90 days worth of supplements, so you can really try it out to see if it works for you. It provides a good mix of healthy ingredients specifically for eye health and more. Great to start taking before you have eye problems. I really like that the mix is just these ingredients, too.
