Excellent ceiling fan and light, easy to fit, clear instructions,very neat, remote control, would certainly buy again,highly recommend .

This ceiling fans has been a game changer for me. I suffer with C.M.L & recovering from breast cancer along with a chronic kidney issue & going through the menopause. Oh happy days!!!Anyway, on days that I'm feeling so nauseous & in chronic pain, I no longer have to wait to feel slightly better to be able to get out of bed to turn the fan up or down or switch the light on or off.My partner fitted it up for me which was fairly easy in comparison to others I've had.The controller has 6 fan speeds plus a night time button which swaps between 2 speeds no- 1 & 2. It's very quiet on lower speeds but obviously gets louder the faster you have it.The light has 3 different colour choices all with a button the dims or increases the light. You also have a reverse button that changes the direction of the fan to go from cooling to warming up the room. There is also a timer you can set to turn the fan off, set at 1H, 3H & 6Hours. You have 2 buttons for the light to turn it on or off. There is a choice of having white or light wood effect on the fan blades.So as you can see, anyone who's bed bound has full control of it all. Even if you are not stuck in bed it's still a fab item to have if you need a fan on then off a 100 times a day!!! The price wasn't too bad either.I would recommend this fan.

Initially the installation was easy (apart from the house wiring fouling the remote receiver unit) however, I needed to use a longer drop rod as it was a pitched conservatory ceiling and clearance was very tight. Instructions showed a diagram with a longer drop rod but the company could not supply a suitable one and suggested trying a hardware store or Amazon. I purchased a 12” drop rod from Amazon. The top of the rod was easy to re-connect with threaded holes and holes for the steel pin, however the bottom end needed a second hole drilled as there were two securing bolts. In addition, I had to saw a slit opening to another drilled hole to accommodate the cable through the centre of the drop rod. All reassembled and fan working great.

The fan was ideal size for our bedroom and assembly was pretty straightforward.Also having video to check correct assembly was in addition to instructions in operating.Excellent having addition of different lighting functions.The fan is silent and no wobbling from blades so very pleased with it.After using this fan at night during this warmer weather it had a glow from the light that is just on and showing vary dimly! It's not enough to light the bedroom but is definitely on very very dim light? Have emailed the UK contact address and waiting for reply to this concern.Very pleased with everything regarding this light but just want to find out if this is a safety issue?Contacted the company selling this and the replied quickly and supplied replacement LED panel and this solved the problem instantly. Excellent service and delivery from them. Very pleased with their backup.But suprised to get invoice from FedEx for import tax for £4.82 as sending from China i have to pay this for replacement of faulty item!

Wasted £50 paying an electrician to install this only for it to blow the second time it was turned on!! Returned for refund as not offered a replacement. Have only been able to deal with the situation through Amazons automated message service and not a human! Obviously unable to get a refund on electrician costs! £50 down the drain. Very angry.Edited a few weeks later to add that seller has gone above and beyond to rectify the problem and I honestly can't fault their customer service!

Assembly was straightforward and it looks the part, but with the lights on anything other than the brightest setting you get a constant irritating buzzing noise which is really frustrating. If it wasn't for this it'd be 5 stars, but I don't like having to decide between lights I want and buzzing I don't, or lights I don't want and no buzzing.

Installed by a tradesman, took about an hour to fit and test. Only irritation is the “beep” when issuing a command via the remote control. Others have commented about the beep but I have it working well so it’s a minor problem. Overall a reasonably priced replacement ceiling fan for my needs.
