GEAR AID Revivex Down Cleaner for Washing and Restoring Loft in Puffer Jackets, Vests, Blankets, and Sleeping Bags, 10 Fl Oz

Used this today in a laundromat and put my Army issue extreme cold weather sleeping bag in a large washer and went by the label and added 4 caps of the soap and I thought this won’t suds up, shoot it was really sudsy and rinsed out nice. Tossed it in a big dryer with 4 tennis balls and the bag got some color back and is nice and fluffy. Just follow the label instructions and it works great, I spilled some trying to fill the cap but it’s nice to be able to measure it from a pouch cap. Awesome and I still got a lot left for next time. There is no scent so it doesn’t smell all fresh and stuff but you know it’s clean.

For some reason, a guest removed our aged but still warm down comforter from its duvet cover and got something on it. I ordered this detergent to wash it with. I used it according to the instructions and it worked flawlessly! It removed the stains and left the comforter fresh, fluffy, and new(er) looking. Two thumbs up.

Worked perfectly for down comforter

This wash was easy to use on my 10 year old down jacket that probably hadn't been washed in 4 years. It is VERY concentrated - the packaging says to use 1 ounce of liquid per jacket. I think you would be able to get by with 0.5, it foams up like crazy. All in all, worked well to clean and fluff up my old down jacket. Recommend, better price point than nikwax for how many jackets it can wash (10.)

I have been an avid user of NikWax products for many years, and have been completely satisfied.I tried this as an alternative to rejuvenate several down jackets that had lost much of their loft. I was pleased with how great this works! My jackets look, smell and feel like brand new again. The key is to run a rinse cycle 2x, and use clean tennis balls on medium heat to dry the jackets, stopping 1/2 way through the pull apart any clumping in the down clusters. From a cost comparison, this is a great value with solid end results. Highly recommended from a serious outdoor enthusiast who takes great pride in my outdoor equipment.

I washed my very grubby Pata----- Down Sweater Jacket as instructed on the Gear Aid packaging. Following the directions to a tee, I am thrilled to basically have a new Pata----- Down Sweater Jacket greeting me when I pulled it from the machine. Wow! It was clean! Good as new! As instructed, I dried the jacket in my dryer with 3 tennis balls to help puff up the down.
