Thicker consistency vs the 100s make these my pick. They are my current favorite of any brand. Never had any issues (stomach upset etc) most anything else makes me gag due to gross flavors or consistency. Price is fair I only use them for races and long efforts. Mix of glucose and fructose for fast absorption— may take some time to adapt so don’t wait until race day to try them out. A bit of bicarbonate to spare your tooth enamel. Sweet but not overwhelming. UCAN gels are also good but only 70 cals each :(

LOVE this gel!!! Will never do another long distance race without!!!! It is easy to eat, carry with you and actually tastes good!!!

Excellent source of carbs, calories, and sodium for tough workouts. This gel is of a much less messy and more pleasant taste that other gels I've tried. It's a bit expensive but worth it.

Pretty good quality

Never an issue in my month of marathon training. Past peak and now using them less. Taste like marshmallows, texture of soft jello, smooth energy.
