I'm not exaggerating or ignorant in saying I've tried nearly every adult incontinence brief that is either available to me online or in store, and these aren't bad. The fit is standard as with other premium style briefs. I have a 36 waist and weigh 220lbs, and I have thinner legs. the large fit large on me, (as in I wouldn't want them any larger). I have ordered medium and might fit those better, but I prefer the larger sizes so long as I can get them to seal, simply because they usually have a taller fit and more padding, which is better while laying down. The tapes should be wider, and they do seep. NOTE TO MANUFACTUERES: Seeping is not more comfortable!!!! It feels wet and they don't contain odor as well as a plastic backed brief or even a fake one, with the fabric outside the plastic. Either way, there needs to be a plastic layer in there somewhere to function and be comfortable. absorption is better than expected.

Diapers have changed since last purchase. They are not as thick and totally different. What happened. I always purchase these.

Like: not plastic outer lined, no noise, not excessively wide between legs, absorbant Need help: seems to run slightly small compared to chart, tabs sometimes come off (going to try larger size to see if not having to "stretch" helps, will update) if need to reposition tab, can't reattach well. (keep a roll of tape handy for either situation) Wish somebody would make a style for side sleeper absorbancy. Even with booster pad still have leakage while the back of the underwear may still be dry.
