Just what the Dr ordered
I use this to keep my back flexible. I lie on in and my back pops a little, so good, but don't overdo it you can hurt yourself

not like the one in n my physical theraphy (PT)
The one in my PT is spongy. This one is hard foam. It works for me put harder to keep my balance with spongy foam That was why I got it to practice keeping my balance. Oh well it works well enough for me.

Foling apart
Average product, just it was cut from a larger half roller.Now one side of half roller falling apart.I wold not recommend this product to purchase for other people.

Cracked after less than a week
I have had this for less than a week and the end has already started to crack. Not worth the price for the quality.
