This bench is not the sturdiest but ideal for price and where I wanted it. Was easy to put together and comfortable and looks good.

I made the mistake of reading the reviews after purchasing this..It’s alright for what I paid its not the best the wood is cheap and flimsy and it’s not been sanded down to a reasonable standard.Some of the screws won’t tighten fully and can be seen to stick out.The last couple slats look bent and the spacing between each slat is not equalBoth me and my wife have sat down on it and it’s still standing,If it lasts us the summer I’ll be happy.If you want something to last a long time then this is not the bench for you.Will be fine if young kids/teenagers use it

Very solid and comfortable when assembled.

Sorry previous reviewer, it is that bad and I should have listened.Wooden timber already cracked and will not support any weight. It looks good but will need a warning not to sit on it.Not fit for purpose really and more of an ornamental seat. My DIY skills will correct the inferior quality to make it fit for use. Very sparse or no timber preservative so will also recommend varnishing before it is fit for outdoors.

This is a bit cheap and nasty. The wood hasnt been treated properly. I will need to stain and then varnish the whole thing. Not sure if its for decorative purposes only? Nah, you sit on it. Surely? I dont think it'll last a long time. Wish Id read the reviews first. Oh well.
