I really love these capsules, especially since they combine major supplements that are really important to me. I take many supplements sp being able to take a combination easily is great. I love the benefits of berberine, quercetin, and NAD, since taking these i feel like my energy has increased drastically. I feel so much more full of life and on top of things. These capsules are easy to swallow, and I have had no issues from taking them.

Pill casing are very brittle and 1 or more have broken in the bottle. Really good price for NAD so I’m skeptical but seems to be working just as well as the last brand I used.

Noticeable boost in energy and focusI’ve been taking this supplement for about two weeks now, and I can honestly feel the difference. My energy levels are more stable throughout the day, and I’ve been able to focus better, especially in the mornings. The combination of NAD+ and Resveratrol seems really effective. This supplement contains Vitamin D and K2. The front of the bottle does not list this; but it does under supplement facts which is not readable without magnification. This is important to me because I already take a vitamin D supplement.
