My doctor told me to take these as an alternative to a B12 shot...which I hate. The taste is pleasant and not strong. It dissolves quickly. It helps with my energy and taking them daily is as effective as weekly shots.

This vitamin B works and it tastes good. It helps for daily use and even at night as a pick me up!

As advertised - small, melts in your mouth and tastes good. Only just started ( day 2 ) so can't tell you if they are doing me any good.

This is my favorite B12 supplement. It dissolves well and tastes good. I had on auto ship but cancelled (for some reason). Then a few months later got blood work done and sure enough my doc said I was B12 deficient. So I know the product works well. Wont make that mistake again! I have suggested this product to family and friends.

It has given me energy and better sleep at night. If you're told that you need more vitamin B 12, I highly recommend this vitamin.

quick dissolve. haven't checked levels since started taking this, but good taste, easy dissolve with small volume pill, so easy to dose.
