So comfortable on the sofa!
Watching tv at the end of the day has never been so comfortable. I like to lie on my side and watch tv, and using this pillow for support between my legs has been a game changer. I actually fall asleep on the sofa because it's so comfortable. It really relieves the pressure on my hips. The pillow is exactly the size I need and fits nice and snug between the legs because of the contours in the top and bottom. It has a strap to hold it on one of your legs in case you toss and turn, but I don't need it on the sofa. I did try the strap a few times and it works well, but since I don't turn over, I don't use it anymore. The pillow stays in place by itself. If you're using it in bed, I think you'll need to use the strap. For someone of my size or a bit bigger (I'm about 5'8" and fit), it should work well. However, if your legs are really XL, I think the strap might feel tight for you (depending on how far up your leg you pull it). No matter though, the pillow stays where it's supposed to without it. The memory foam is relatively firm, which is good for this type of product. It's soft enough to conform to the shape of my legs, but not so soft that it squishes down (which would defeat the purpose of supporting the legs). It's just the right amount of firmness. If I purposely squish it, it rebounds quickly. The cover unzips and is washable. Score! I love my little leg pillow. It has a permanent home on my sofa now. My wife also tried it and says she likes it, but she can get her own. This one is MINE!

Best knee pillow I've tried and great price
This pillow is excellent! I've tried lots of knee pillows over the years and never found one that worked for me until ordered this one. The fabric cover is soft and stretchy, the foam is squishy but still supportive and bouncy, the center open slot gives my knees a natural resting place and helps keep my knees & hips aligned. I'm short and have a smaller frame so not sure how this would work for other body types but worth a try if you don't mind a potential return. Fit and comfort is a very individual thang. The elastic strap is the best feature. Note that it's is sewn in place and not adjustable but you could expand it if you're handy with a needle and thread or shorten it with a safety pin if necessary. Elastic stretches out over time and this strap might, but I can easily replace it myself if the rest of the pillow holds up. This pillow has noticeably helped with sleeping comfort.

A Good Choice , esp for Side Sleepers
I have used a knee pillow for several years to align my spine at night. This reduces my back and hip pain. My last pillow, which wore out, was an hourglass shape and worked OK but when I purchased another it was way too big to be comfortable. (I am about 5'6"). In addition they both pilled quite a bit. I decided to try this new shape, somewhat skeptically, and I actually like it quite a bit better than the hourglass versions. It seems to fit better, gives better support and is less wide where you don't need it and, so far, has a nice soft cover that feels good and is not pilling. (I have not tried to wash the cover yet) The only thing I don't like is the band to put around your leg. I didn't find it comfortable or useful, especially if I had to get up at night and pull it off all the way down my leg and over my feet and then put it back on when I got back in bed. I think the band should be velcro or some other system where you can use it or not as it is sewn in firmly on both sides. Once I was sure I really like the pillow, I cut the band off. Especially if you have used the hourglass pillows in the past, don't hesitate to try this style.

My husband has used it every night since I bought it for him
My husband hated using regular pillows to combat side sleeper back pain because they'd be too big, too thick, too small, move, slip, or go flat. This is the solution. It has a comfortable strap that holds it in place but doesn't cut off circulation. It's memory foam, so it doesn't go flat. Great support. It doesn't get too warm either. His morning back and hip pain has lessened significantly. I'm gonna probably buy one for myself. Highly recommend.

Strap gets loose
I have been using this nightly for a little over 2 months now and I’ve found this pillow provides good support but could be a bit longer. I can’t say if it’s cooling but it definitely doesn’t make me feel hot while sleeping. The strap however has gotten looser to the point where the pillow doesn’t stay put and I find myself adjusting it throughout the night. More recently I have even woken up to find that the pillow had either come off my leg or I took it off at some point. This did not happen the first month of use. The cover is easy to remove and replace if you need to clean it. As someone with sensitive skin the cover does not cause any skin issues or discomfort.

Perfect for hip pain
Been looking for relief for debilitating hip with no relief even laying in bed- no matter how I placed my body. Had looked for products on amazon and had settled to a couple of options but hadn't placed the order. Then on another night as I went to bed in suffering I decided to buy the pillow and this product popped up on sale- was not in amazon suggestions before. All that to say- it should be!! It's exactly what I needed and to me it looks as a better product than the competition. The silky texture of the fabric is the most comfortable since it touches my bare legs. And the size has provided some significant relief for my pain so it must be correctly aligning my hips. For ref, I'm 5.7 athletic 140lbs- the strap on my leg feels comfortable and secure enough without it being too tight- not sure how it'd fit in bigger bodies. Also, just aesthetically speaking, the baby blue color was a pleasant surprise- at this price I'd expect a tacky vibrant pastel but this is a quiet pretty hue- sorry, as a designer I felt like pointing this out! Bottom line, if you're in pain from a hip injury (got a labrum tear that turned into chronic pain bc of genetic arthritis & postponing inevitable hip replacement- long story there) GET THIS. It does make a difference, it's the perfect size for at least an average-built woman and I can even keep it on side-sleeping and spooning w/ my bf without it ever getting in his way. The *only* thing that could be better is the zipper which could be smaller but I'd rather be able to wash this than not so it's ok. Hope this helps!

Well worth a try
I found this product very helpful. I had hip replacement surgery, so when I was able to side sleep on my non-surgical side I chose this. Works great, very comfortable and easy to use. With the strap it stays in place. The cover comes off for washing which was important to me. It's made to shape to your leg and the foam used is very soft, with no icky smell to it. I remember sleeping so well the first night I used it. I would definitely recommend.

Good Support, Just a Bit Too Thick for Us
The Beslovo Knee Pillow offers great support and is well-made with quality memory foam. It definitely helps with hip and lower back pain when sleeping on your side. The ice silk cover is soft and breathable, and the elastic strap keeps it in place all night. That said, it’s a little thicker than I expected, and my wife found it too bulky to use comfortably, so she didn’t stick with it. If you don’t mind a firmer, thicker pillow, this is a solid choice. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer a slimmer design.
