It’s not sturdy. The “caliper” for instance is very flimsy plastic, and don’t know why it was even included.The blades have nicks in the blades which caused the paper to bunched up, instead of cutting it smoothly. An actual X-acto knife would be worth the extra money.I won’t be adding much else, because based on the pattern of reviews where only four and five star reviews make the “cut” -excuse the pun-, I doubt I will see this added to the reviews, which I should’ve paid more attention to before smashing the purchase button.If you do get a chance to read this, it’s not worth the money. And don’t let the pink color fool you. They probably don’t donate a percentage of sales to fight breast cancer.

This set is pretty decent for someone just starting out with crafts, but don’t expect top-tier quality. The tools feel a bit cheap, especially the knives, but they work well enough for light projects. The blades are sharp, but I wouldn’t trust them for anything too heavy-duty. this is a great little kit of precision blades for any craft! it comes with a couple tools and handles, as well as a whole assortment of blades in different shapes and sizes. All the blades are very sharp, and great for different types of tasks. I've only used Xacto blades up to now, and while they work well for some stuff, they're not as good for others. This gives me more variety in how I cut, which is really helpful. highly recommend!

Entirely too many different hobby blade shapes, one for every occasion I guess. I use them for carving and cleaning up bits of plastic from my #D printed parts, which they are great for.The case is somewhat large for what it houses but the easy one-button opening and fold out wings make it very easy to find what you need and put it away when you're done. Also included are a small caliper (actually useful) and a set of tweezers and small philips screwdriver. Good little set.
