Q: hello, im nervous about this purchase, will i actually receive this item?

I ordered a Z8 on January 10th, 2019, with an expected delivery date of January 28th. I was notified the following week that things were moving quicker than expected and that it would ship soon. Received it on the 19th of January, perfect condition with both boxes (base in one, OTA in the other) delivered at the same time. Looked like they were taped together in the warehouse to indicate they were a set.

Q: I purchased one of these telescopes. it just arrived and it came without the base. now the chat guy is saying that i need to buy it. do i?

It is supposed to come with the base, mine didn't either. The telescope box has stickers all over it that say "sold as a set" "box one of two". Good luck! Buyer beware!

Q: I bought mine (dec 8) it said "get it by the 14". then it was "arriving dec 24". now it is "arriving monday (7)". when will it arrive?

Same thing happened to me but i got refund the day it was supposed to be delivered without any even notifying me.
