This is a really nice looking quality bracelet clasp was faulty, so have to deduct one star and the bracelet is not returnable by the usual route provided by Amazon. However, I received an immediate response to contact with MagnetRX, the US manufacturer, who provided exemplary customer service in resolving the problem speedily to my complete satisfaction.
