Very temporary relief
I like to put this on after stretching. It helps to cool and relax my muscles. I've been doing somatic stretching to relieve trauma, so having decent topicals is important.

Not Worth The Money
It's primarily alcohol gel with some menthol added, so be very, very careful where you use this, and you'll need to add regular moisturizing lotion frequently to compensate for the skin-drying effects. Glucosamine has some evidence behind it, but the boswellia and ile are just random additions. No effect, no purpose.
