Excellent for keeping soap dry

I love this thing- I'm not a fan of bar soap but recently had to start buying one for a skin condition, that didn't really have any good liquid soap alternatives- this totally saves the soap from getting that gross, soggy side that sticks to the shower shelf, and helps it to dry the whole bar pretty evenly. It's super easy to clean as well, and really makes cleaning the shower a breeze since there's no real soap scum buildup on the shelf where I have the bar.

We recently added new, sleek-lined, black shelves and a soap holder to our walk-in shower. The soap would stick to the holder and leave soap scum. We added this dark-gray soap saver and everything works perfect now. The soap doesn't stick to the holder and we can throw the saver into the dishwasher to clean.

After trying several styles of soap holders, I love this set best. I especially like the tray so the liquid from the soap is contained. It is easy to clean and the perfect size.

I like this item a lot because I use bar soap in the shower. But the soap sits in a soap dish with no way for the water to drain out. So water sometimes builds up in the soap dish, which defeats the purpose of the cute little sea turtle. You have to remember to check this and simply pour the extra water out when it needs it.

Keeps soap above any drips in the dish and allows it to dry out in between uses. Easy to clean, just run it under the tap now and then. Hey presto! Use your triple milled soap to the very end! Also, you can cut the fingy up into small pieces, a square inch will hold up a whole bar of soap. I've used mine for about 3 months and it shows no sign of needing to be replaced. This has definitely helped to dry out my soaps, which is important to me from an eco friendly perspective, as I want to use bar soaps over plastic hand pump soaps, but have struggled with the soap staying wet and falling apart. I have had wooden versions of this that have just gone rotten and horrible after a few weeks. This airer however works very nicely and has helped keep my sink clean and my soap dry!It does require cleaning every other week but all in all a helpful product :)

This is exactly what I wanted. I don't use it in a soap dish .... it sits on the sink and doesn't slip. The soap sits on it and doesn't slip. It's easy to clean and looks very nice. Well worth the money.

Used this to keep the soap in the bathroom on. Brilliant invention. Much better than a soap dish! I will be buying more for the kitchen and for my family and friends!

I have used this handy little holder under my soap for a while now and I am amazed at the difference it has made. Usually, the last 1/4 of my soap bar is a soggy, slimy mess with bits falling off and blocking the plug hole. I favour glycerine, and added moisturiser soaps which, in my experience, can get soggy pretty quick. The holder fits in my soap dish and let's the soap dry fast and lifted out of any water. My soap dish was already self draining but the addition of this mat has made my soap last so much longer. This will definitely save on soap and I think it's more hygienic too. It is easy to rinse out daily, and I soak it in warm water to remove all residue, and allow to dry before putting on a new soap. I ordered a light blue but received a dark grey. I was so delighted with its performance, I didn't mind.
