Well made, came with drill bits, clear instructions, and easy install.

The railing was very easy to assemble, and it looks great!

Easy and fast to install. I think some steps don't have to be in the order in the instructions that came with it. Nevertheless, it was installed in about 2 hours. Make sure to read the instructions first.

So... it's very hard to impress me. Whoever put the package together (tools, parts, instructions, etc) is a freaking genius. The quality of the railings not only look great, but are also great quality! Quick reply from seller too. In an age where substandard customer service seems to be the norm, it's been great to deal with this company.

What I like most is how attractive it looks and that I could do it myself. It is also very sturdy. What i did not like is that the stiles (18) were all too long and each needed to be shortened with a hacksaw. They should have matched the length of the posts.

Do not buy this rail system. I bought 6 rails at 150 a piece. It was delivered 2 weeks late. There was one rail that went together like it was supposed to. The other 5 sections of balusters did not fit into the rails. I tried contacting this company twice. NO TEXT,NO PHONE CALL or EMAIL. I couldn't even cancel my order. I had to heat each rail hole with a hair dryer and then pound the balusters in with a hammer. So the rubber looks deformed. The last rail system didn't contain screws or fasteners so I had to wait another week after spending more money. It should of taken a few hours for this project and it turned out to be a month.
