The product was defective. The container was damaged and lot of product got out of the container can into the package. I love the product - I buy it usually from Brasil, but unfortunately that was a bad experience with the package

I honestly love this coffee, and usually I purchase it when I visit Brazil. However, this is the second order made here in the U.S., and the first order was extremely delayed and never arrived until a month later. This order, I ordered Chocovanilla, and got Chocolate Fudge instead which I'm not a fan of at all. The products are non-refundable, and that is so upsetting considering they're very expensive!

It works really well! No headaches, crashes, or jitters. Just smooth energy. Loved it. I wish they will eventually bring more flavors to the US. In Brazil we have the most amazing flavors (like cinnamon roll and coconut).
