Works well for much less than version from doctor's office
Is nearly the exact same machine our holistic Dr. is now selling for $1400. Bought another one which seems to work perfectly well with no issues. Make sure to use only distilled water in the machine. Are using two of these at the same time to double the output. Costs less that way that getting the one with higher output.

Doesn’t work
The media could not be loaded. It’s not blowing air out. I bought another one and same thing. I tried the live chat and it was a terrible experience. They sent me to customer service. That’s also only available by chat. You send a message, wait a couple days, get a message back saying they won’t give any advice without video being uploaded. Also you can’t just upload a video, you have to go to another site and upload a video then convert it then transfer it over just to show them that it doesn’t work. Customer service is the WORST! There’s no phone number to call.

Happy with purchase
Appears to be well-built and easy to use. I bought this for inhalation and standard oxygen tubing is compatible with the output nozzle. Based on the information that I've come across, the volume of hydrogen that this product produces is appropriate for inhalation (to keep the level below 4% of inhaled air).It's nice that it can be used for hydrogenating water as well.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great for small breed pets
For the price this is the best hydrogen machine for a small breed pet. I use this for my senior pet. It comes with eveything you need. To check if its working properly all you have to do is set everything up including cannula and dip the cannula into water if it bubbles your good to go. Youre going to have to buy a resin filter for small hydrogen machines. Has to be replaced every 6 months. For people that has no clue about hydro and is just starting this is perfect for beginners and people that are on a budget, just listen to my advice. I dont usually write reviews but im a big believer in the science of hydro. Dont let uninformed reviews tell you different.
