Good buy
Ok let's clear up misconceptions for the entitlement group . 1st thing $18. 2nd yes sometimes they light up as you nock it ($18) I seen $40 nocks do the same thing they are massed produced so ya it happens . 3 you dont buy $18 nocks to hunt a 20 point deer these are for... get this ha ha...practice, 4 some dont light up buy 12 expensive ones bet you get 1 that wont light up. All 12 of mine did after cleaning production waste off. And holy heck are they bright. $18 can not go wrong. Add a bit of thread tape so they dont come out hitting a hard practice(see what did there practice) target. Ok get most of you dont think outside the box me there hasn't been a box I couldn't make track material out of. Dont pass these up just saying.

Save your money
While these may initially seem like a good deal, compared to the price of the name brand lighted nocks, the concept of you get what you paid for comes into play full force with this product. I purchased them to compare and hopefully provide some helpful information to others. These appear to be a copy of the earlier version of Nocturnal lighted nocks, a design worth mentioning that Nockturnal improved upon by adding extra material to the sides of the nock. They are 20 grains, not 23 as the vendor has stated in a reply to that question. The reduction in grains is due to the lack of material on the sides of the nock. The nock groove/fit is too tight on a standard .018 center serving. The excessively tight fit not only affects arrow flight, but the force and hard snap on the string caused many to come on when attaching to the string prior to the shot. The switch is tight and difficult to turn off as well. There is a definite refinement in the name brand lighted nocks, and that is why they are higher price. It is my opinion that if you want to shoot lighted nocks, and there are many benefits to them, wait until you can afford the name brand ones, and purchase them from a reputable source. I have purchased them here and have received obvious counterfeits, even though they were in the branded packaging. The real things are available on sale many times a year for much cheaper than regular price, and will work much better. Hope this helps.

Jiexi Hwyp lighted nocks (green)
I bought these thinking: okay they will probably be junk... quite the opposite really, I use Gold Tip hunter 400grain arrows and they fit nice and snug. I was really impressed with the brightness of these nocks, even in daylight you can see them flying very well. I've shot my first buck ever at 11 yards with these and even though covered in blood they stayed alive for more than 4 hours! shot a doe a month later (December 9th) with the same nock and broadhead, and the nock still lighted up the trail even though, snow was on the ground. I bought the green nocksPros: very bright, fits Gold Tip Hunter arrows very well, long life, blood-proof (at least in my experience)Cons: none... Whoo!!***UPDATE*** December 11th, 2 days after I shot the doe, I kept the nock going and It's still alight!! and remember, this nock has already been shot through a buck and stayed alight for about 4 hours! these nocks are truly amazing; I will let you guys know when It finally goes out! (If It ever will)***UPDATE #2*** December 13th, it's not out yet but it's so dim you wouldn't be able to find it in the woods... but, approximately 4 1/2 days of good light is high quality if you ask me.

Fit and finish could be better
Good price. They turn on as soon as you nock an arrow. They need to shave the small button down that activates them so they stay off until you shoot. GT arrow (6.3mm) fitment slightly more loose than brand name nocks. The outer diameter of nock does not match up with the outer diameter of the arrow, smaller than the nock. They work, but fit an finish needs to be better.

Only 5 of 6 work
Tested as soon as received. Only Five of the six light up - The ones that work are bright and clear. They look great and will be installed in my arrows tonight. One failed to activate. Contacted vendor, waiting for reply. Will update this review if resolved. UPDATE: Vendor replied next day with satisfactory resolution.

Only 3 out if 6 worked. Brite but cheaply made.
The price for these is cheaper. So I expected them to be a little cheaper. But the negative es are not worth the cheaper price in my opinion. I wish that I'd spent 10 more dollars and bought the ones that usually last me 2 yearsPros: the green ones are really bright.Cons: only 3 out if 6 worked correctly. They are for my arrow size, but they fit a little loose I tune my arrows and do not want them to spin easy or when I turn them off they move or slip out sometimes. They feel and look very cheap, so I have my doubts on how long they will last. If they hold up and keep working I will change my review accordingly.

Good value
For the price they are hard to beat. They are somewhat aggravating to turn off but work as advertised and are BRIGHT!
