The attention to detail on this was excellent. It looks better in person than in the pictures. It should last a lifetime.

Very high end wine opener. Excellent build quality. The double hinged wine opener is the best innovation in wine openers. This particular wine opener is larger than normal. Definitely not a carry with you wine opener.

I don't drink wine much but when I want to I need a corkscrew. This is a handsome piece. The rosewood and polished stainless steel is beautiful. The engraving on the backstrap is a nice touch. In use, I have yet to be defeated with this corkscrew. I haven't broken a cork but was able to remove a broken cork successfully. The DOUBLE-HINGED FULCRUM has been very useful depending on the bottle. The foil cutter and bottle opener have also been immeasurably convenient. A great purchase with, I believe, many years of excellent service in the future.

I didn’t realize I was buying the fanciest, nicest bottle opener ever. This bottle opener reminds me of something that a soprano would use.It’s too bulky and heavy for my server apron though. So I keep it at home. It’s so fancy looking and feels very well made.

This is a nifty corkscrew, it has a simple yet quite effective design. The quality is good and the wood on the handle is a nice touch. It's fun and easy to use and it feels nice and solid in your hand. It's a well made tool that should last for a long time if treated well. I am quite pleased with this purchase, I'm sure I will be using it for many years to come. I intend on buying a few to give out as small gifts.

Beautiful and eye catching. Perfectly useful for my profession as a server - my only gripe is the blade to cut foil is so serrated that it does not cut a smooth line, it catches on the foil as each individual peak hits the foil creating a jagged mess table side. I expect this to be worn down with some use and perhaps this was the intention of the maker as well.I love the ergonomic shape and it’s so beautiful as well!!

You may think every wine opener is the same, but they are not. I've had a wine opener break at the corkscrew while trying to open a bottle and twice had corks break, and I don't even open wine bottles with corks often. I've used this to open several bottles since I got it and no complaints here so far. Easy to use, no corks broken, seems to be very sturdy. Happy to have a wine opener that I can trust now.

This general corkscrew design is the best on the market. The double-hinge fulcrum allows you to easily uncork the bottle without biting your tongue or using your knees. However, on this particular model, at least on the one I purchased, it is next to impossible to extract the foil cutter from the handle. I had to use a pair of pliers to extract the small blade and, well, that sort of defeats the purpose. So, I'd buy a corkscrew with a similar design but maybe not this one.

Very good opener. So tired of the butterfly ones that break the cork in half.

A fronte di una spesa contenuta (in offerta tra i 10€ ed i 16€ circa) un apribottiglie di ottima qualità che si presenta bene e si oresta ad essere regalato.Unica pecca è purtroppo la plastica della scatola che arriva spesso graffiata (ne ho comprato 4 in momenti diversi), cioè rende il regalo "più economico" e tradisce l'aspetto più costoso che potrebbe avere.

Le produit est bien fini et reste pratique comme tous les sommelier.

Ich habe das Produkt vor einigen Tagen erworben und muss sagen, dass es Qualitativ fast perfekt ist. Die Lieferung ging relativ flott und das Ganze ist in einer Stoff Verpackung geschützt. Vom Gewicht her liegt es angenehm in der Hand und man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass der Korkenzieher bei seiner Arbeit auseinander fällt. Mehrere Weinflaschen und Bierflaschen wurden damit schon geöffnet und bisher keine Beschädigung oder ähnliches. Das Ganze ist als Geschenk angedacht gewesen und hat die entsprechende Person zufrieden gestellt. Ich muss sagen vom Preis her ist das ganz OK. Der Langzeittest wird dann sagen, ob das Produkt sein Geld Wert ist. Die kleine Klinge find ich relativ schwer auf zu bekommen, aber wenn man es einmal geschaft hat, kann man damit gut arbeiten. Das Design ist sehr schlicht und edel gehalten, was sich in modernen Wohnungen besonders gut macht. Wenn man Falschen damit öffnet ist dies sehr leichtgängig und man ist nicht genervt. Einen kleinen sturz hat das Produkt auch schon überlebt ohne schäden oder kratzer. Kann dementsprechend das Produkt nur weiter empfehlen und werde es mir auch selber zu legen. Ich konnte auch beim genaueren hinblick keine Qualitätsmängel feststellen. Würde mir das Ganze immer wieder bestellen. Top Produkt.

It’s a good looking corkscrew, however I’m a little disappointed in the angle/way the foil-cutter unfolds, as well as the depth reached by the top part of the spring-loaded lever arm.This model tends to slip off the bottle as you push the handle up and tends to pinch you if you aren’t careful enough.Also, the foil cutter tears more than it cuts which doesn’t give the remaining foil a “polished” look when setting down the bottle. As a professional bartender and waitress, I like when things are as perfect as possible and this specific model makes it hard to achieve.Prefer my Hi-Coup Corkscrew to this one for sure.
