I have taken Dr Schultz' Super Food powdered product in a smoothie in the past... for years. It's a really good quality product that gets you the fruit/vegetable nutrients that are lacking in the processed version and even in the not-so-fresh fresh fruits/vegetables. It is good at keeping the digestive system moving as well. This is the first time I've tried the tablet form of the product, but it seems to be just as viable as the powder and is easy to take. Pricey, but this is one of those cases where you really do get what you pay for.

We’ve been taking superfood for years . We add it to our daily routine of vitamins. We don’t eat enough fruits & vegetables so we feel this helps a lot and also gives us energy. Dr Shultz products after some research and also learning about his life’s work we feel we get a superior product with his super food tablets . I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to help themselves feel better.

I like the price. Although, it can cost a little less in my view. The taste is not bad. These herbal tablets really help regulate my metabolism and bowels. It’s a natural source and drinking the tablets will not create stomach discomfort, neither, will they give you loose bowels, no cramping!!! Awesome product!!

Not sweet- tastes green. This product doesn’t come on time, for me, it’s worth the wait. Before the epidemic I took it, and they came monthly, no delays.

While I’m a big proponent of the powdered version (yes , it does taste like the stuck green grass under your lawn mower:-) the capsules are the easiest way to consume this healthy goodness. Aside from Dr Joel Wallach , Doc Shultz is a WORLD TREASURE. His products WILL save you life and make daily existence so much better …

Will buy again and again Lol I’m back to edit my review So I haven’t been taking this for about 3-4 months now since I last purchased but I can tell what it was doing for me so guess what? IM BACK TO PURCHASE AGAIN I suffer from Anemia And it was so bad that I had the dark line going down my finger I self diagnosed before I went to a Pcp who didn’t even know what it was I went to be tested for melanoma but that was negative but they diagnosed me with Longitudinal melanonychia they wanted to monitor it but when he said it was NO CURE I said why would I pay u to watch me lol I watch myself for free But y’all I purchased this product thinking I had melanoma and it CLEARED THE DARK LINE‼️🫢 I’ll be forever a customer

This stuff is packed with 100% real plants; nothing artificial or synthesized. As my mother used to say, "Remember who you are". If eating junk/processed/unhealthy food 24-7, I wouldn't expect the impossible; BUT, it's a terrific supplement for those who won't eat anything green or need an extra boost of nutrition in their diets (who doesn't?). Since it's in pill form (it comes in powder form elsewhere), you don't even have to taste the 'green'.
