Was not handed to me left on doorstep didn't even knock and I was in product does the job

Difficult to assess effectiveness of the spray, as it's proving a negative, a bit like using a spray to rid the home of elephants, if none are seen, it appears to work and the Rentokil name is a good assurance. A star down as there are no instructions for activating the spray, involving removing a small plastic seal and moving a subtle catch from the trigger. I shall spray and hope.

This is a very strong product that needs to be used repeatedly, night after night. It has been partially successful but in some rooms it didn't kill the bugs but encourage them to migrate to another room or item of furniture. This means you are chasing around with the spray on a nightly to kill them. Very strong smell, essentail need for a mask and immediate cleaning of hands. As it was not fully successful certain items of furntiure had to be removed. Won't buy again.

Product works great and worth the money

This is my second time using it and it just doesn’t work at all bugs doesn’t die

Went through a few brands which didn't seem to help. This one stopped all bites from bed bugs.
