Very pleased with all of my Double Wood supplements, and that has not changed with my Magnesium Citrate 800mg per serving capsules. Serving size is 2 capsules, but I only take 1, as my needs are only 400mg. These are easy to swallow, no flavor or aftertaste at all. As I stated previously, I am very pleased with Double Wood supplements, and currently in the process of switching all my other supplements to their brand. I mean, as a product itself, yes, they are pills and they arrived and it’s all good. Definitely worth it to buy these because my local store was almost double the price, or the other brands just said “magnesium” but it’s actually this kind AND the one that will make you poo…. So be careful what kind of magnesium you are looking for, some are deceiving

I've been experiencing muscle tiredness/restless at night so I did some research and found this. Decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. I noticed a huge difference the first 5 days. I no longer have that muscle tiredness at night and my sleep has been amazing. It does not take me long to fall asleep and I stay asleep all through the night. I would recommend this product to anyone that experiences trouble sleeping and if your muscles have a hard time relaxing. I would definitely take this toward the evening!

The product came quickly and is the kind of magnesium my husband wants me to take for the cramps in my legs at night. This product helps a lot.

I use this magnesiou glycinate in conjunction with melatonin. It defiinitely has helped my sleep be more thorough and to feel more restored and rested. Melatonin hellps but with in addition with mag glyc it is even more thorough.

So far I have noticed some improvement in physical exertion recovery after starting this supplement daily. The supplement appears to be well tolerated (I am taking it before eating, per recommendation, in the evening), and shipping was fast.
