Works good for my sons therapy

I like that the bands are sturdy and strong.

I use this product as part of my exercise routine. Every few years after much use, I find I need to buy a new one, which is fine because it has had a lot of use. Price is very reasonable. My trainer has told me that Therabands are the bands trainers choose to use.

This band is too weak for use as it is described. It Will not last a week.

Originally I got this for my grandmother who had weak muscle tone and strength. Thought this would be all she could handle but at 95, she's strong! I would suggest you purchase the whole set, especially if you expect your client/patient to progress within months. Always expect the best from them!

I was doing retraction and depression exercises with the band at the shoulder and waist level and the band snapped into two pieces within the first week of usage. I'm now using the snapped pair individually and still performing some stretches, but I can't do any shoulder raises or exercises which require further length. I don't know if it was because this is the lowest difficulty band or because of the seller, but the band should not be breaking this quickly for exercises that it's designed for. I will be ordering another higher resistance band from another provider to be safe.

My very first exercise band and it was not very durable. I was so disappointed when it broke on my second time using it! It just broke off from stretching it very little.

Poor quality and inadequate for use intended ie tension exercises. I would return this item except for the fact that the seller is charging $7.00 return fee!

It has no resistence. Like not even the bare minimum. The material feels cheap
