I’ve taken these for a few months combined with other pcos supplements. I am also using weight loss techniques so can’t comment on what the exact reason for improved pcos but I believe combined I have had some relief eg dark skin patches. I will continue to use as it’s better than nothing at all. Pills are quite big but are wrapped in the softer shell so I’ve found them easier to swallow. Time will tell if these are helping

I love it but its put if stock a lot so avoid if you take this type of tablet monthly like i do :(

This supplement comes as a bundle of three bottles. Each bottle has a child proof lid and contains 60 capsules. The recommended intake is two per day, so the supply will last just under three months. That's a good supply for the price I think.I use Inositol for hormonal support, so I am happy to see the inclusion of vitamin D and folate, which is vitamin B9, as I understand that they both play a significant part in balancing hormones. As a result, I think that this is a good combination and that the amount of the ingredients is reasonable.The capsules are a smallish size and I found them easy to swallow. They are gentle on the digestive system and I didn't experience any irritation or discomfort from taking them. They don't taste of anything, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and have a good long best before date of nearly two years.

I got this inositol supplement for my wife and she's been taking it for about 3 weeks now, so this review is based on her experience with the product.First thing she noticed is that it's a 2-month supply, which is better than many of the usual 1-month packs you can find. The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no weird aftertaste, which is always a plus. After about 2 weeks, she started noticing a difference in her energy levels and felt less sluggish during the day. She's also been snacking less, though I'm not sure if that's directly related to the supplement or just coincidence. Really good deal for the amount you get. I spend so much on PCOS meds every month so finding some for such an affordable price is great, I also love the size of the capsule as a lot of others I’ve tried have been huge and almost impossible to swallow, these on the other hand are a nice small size that are very easy o take with no aftertaste, highly recommend

Noticing a difference in energy levels and weight/snacking after only taking for 3 weeks. Small capsules making them easy to take, love that it's only 2 capsules for the full dose. No taste or smell.
