I bought one for my daughter and my son on their special days. I am beyond impressed on the quality and beauty of not only the keychain, but the necklace charm as well. I will always use this company when it comes to special days from my family and friends. When they arrived, I took them to work to show my coworkers. They loved them as well. I got the smaller heart and light up keychain with a 2-D. They were great quality, no flaws and I know it’s something that will be treasured for many years. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Please save your money. I bought as a gift for my son’s girlfriend and I read reviews first with so many customers raving how wonderful the product was and how happy they were. I’m glad that they received what they were expecting but that was not my case unfortunately. The necklace I received you can barely make out the picture of what I sent in and the image I sent was crystal clear . Of course there is not a return policy so I am stuck with a block of garbage. Buyers beware
