Q: Can I gargle or just rinse ?

You can rinse then gargle. I rinse for at least 30 seconds and gargle at the end.

Q: Does this mouthwash work its best right away, or does it take a week or two to reach its max effect?

It can take up to 2 weeks using it twice a day to reach it's maximum effect. However, since everyone's systems is different, some people notice an improvement from the first usage. Thank you, Rose at SmartMouth

Q: How does this product compare to Closys?

Hello. Haven't tried Closys, but this is not good stuff. First of all, it does not work! It has a terrible taste, and is one of the most "messy" products on the market. It just goes everywhere, even with practice. Just don't do it.

Closer taste toward spearmint. Pleasant taste.
