A defective piece was delivered which is non-returnable!
The product has metallic scratch marks near its spout on the inner aspect and on the outer side there has been a wax like glue used as an adhesive. The quality of the metal is not so good. The product was delivered in 5 hours but as since 10 days I've been trying to return it / exchange it without any luck. Connecting with AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE has become impossible as currently there is no way in which we can talk to a,customer care representative. It appears as if deliberately either through Amazon or the seller, a defective piece was delivered, and now as I keep placing a return / exchange request, its getting cancelled automatically. Have attempted 4-5 times with images and videos in the last 20 days . Extremely disappointed šš!!!

Keen service of prestige kettle please.
Sirs, product is good. It lasted until 365.25 days. But now its switch is an error. Can i extend its warantee by 2 more years? I bought on 12 th December 2024. What is the remedy please you decide. I didnot let it serviced by anyone..
