I know first hand the benefits of dandelion root for your health and I trust the quality of this brand but you would be much better off just making dandelion root tea.Just one small cup of tea uses about twice as much root as the 1000mg or 1g that this supplement provides.The only reason to take dandelion root in capsules that would make sense would for it to be a dandelion root extract.I suppose that ingesting the whole root probably does have some prebiotic / fiber benefits but they would be fairly minimal considering again the small amount of root involved with this supplement.
