It does what it says.
I used this product on my roof and was able to install it with little issues. The only issue I had was unfortunately screwing the spikes too hard on to the roof and they partially cracked. (Which is usual for any plastic product). Make sure you don't push the plastic too hard so it won't crack. If you are using a screwdriver, make sure you have a long extension to reach the screw passed the blades when installing.
