Minimises the hot flushes
I'm trying natural remedies for the relief of menopause symptoms. I'd read that sage was good for hot flushes so I ordered these. The tablets are big so you need a large glass of water but I have noticed a definite reduction in both volume and intensity of the hot flushes. They have not stopped completely but they are brief and manageable. I've also noticed that the night sweats aren't as bad, again they haven't stopped completely but at least I no longer feel I'm in the ninth circle of hell every night.

These are very good for hot flushes due to the Menopause.. also sleeping and getting rid of bloating...

Reduced hot flushes
100% significantly reduced my hot flushes .. especially the night sweats .. notice I said reduced ..wish I could say they were gone..but I’m still happy and will keep taking .. the tablet is chunky but plenty of water they are easy to swallow 😄
