Very enjoyable
I'm about halfway through this book, it is a very enjoyable read. Easy to follow, you could just pick the bits you want to read rather than reading it all. The exercises are easy to understand and follow.

Stress Management
This book is real, covers the stress you maybe feeling from all angles. There are many pearls of wisdom in the form of quotations and advice and it is easy to read and understand. I found it enjoyable and helpful.

Excellent book for study.
This is an indepth and, as it says, 'comprehensive', but easy to read manual on Stress Management. It covers everything you need to know about stress with some useful ideas for stress reduction. It is more suited to those who wish to cover the topic in detail or who are qualified stress advisors looking to develop training on stress management. I have used this book continually whilst planning workshops and training sessions and it's been invaluable.
