Great *tennis* shoe, built for sports and changing directions frequently
Good fit, feels like its hugging my feet, which is good for sports like tennis. It's not really a comfort show per se, but you can tell it was made to protect your ankles when changing directions quickly. Would recommend if you are planning on playing tennis with these shoes, I might recommend a different shoe if you want these to be your "everyday" shoe. However, since I am using them for tennis, they are perfect for what I bought them for.

Great shoe
Excellent shoe. Comfortable and durable. I would purchase again without question.

The worst shoe I’ve ever purchased
Not just the worst tennis shoe but worst shoe I’ve ever owned. I love the gel resolution 9s but even though the outsoles were still good, the padding and comfort was shot. The 9s required zero break-in and fit great. Now with the x they are like boats on my feet. There is so much damn room everywhere - around the heel, around the toes, and in the middle. I’ve put about 9 hours on these and they still aren’t broken in. I don’t know how they went so far off the rails. A few people complain about the 9s being narrow and they make these heavy, extra roomy, and uncomfortable. I wish I could get my money back at this point. Now I need to find a new company and new shoe. In the last five years I’ve never come across a 9.5 shoe that doesn’t fit. Length-wise these are fine but this is a wide shoe. If you have wide feet you might be ok. If you don’t, run away from these. What an expensive disappointment.

These are decent
The shoes are nice, they run a bit big though (size 12 is really a 12 1/12) it sucks that they don't feel tight on my feet. These are good enough for pickleball. The grip on them is good

Novak wears them you should too!
Great court shoes for pickleball and Novak Djokovic wore them at Wimbledon!

Not for me, wide width
These felt clunky and uncomfortable for me on court. Very stable, but bulky, and the fit around the toes didn’t work for my feet. I ended up injuring my baby toenail, which I’ve never had happen in other tennis shoes. Not a good match for my foot shape.

Changes compared to the Gel-Resolution 9 that don't work for me
I love the Gel-Resolution 9, the prior version of this shoe. And while this updated version is just as well made and appears to have significant thought and engineering put into it, I'm not a fan and have returned them. Downsides versus the version 9 are less ventilation, a higher opening on one side of the foot that may rub on the ankle bone (depending on how you are built), even heavier than the already very stout version 9s, stiffer than the version 9s as well (probably requiring more break in), and a complicated lacing system. Upsides: seem larger across the arch area, which may have benefitted me. Same quality build.
