Excellent product and customer service
A brilliant choice of options for those wanting a simple one off payment for data. I purchased originally July ‘24 a 500GB Three data SIM and I was getting enough data/speeds for my needs which over time, especially in peak hours, decreased. I contacted them and realised that Three was not the best for my area, which was my fault really for not checking, but they helped me with restarts and advice through constant emails. They even sent a free replacement SIM in case that was the issue. I realised EE was the best option in my area and they offered a 20% refund on a new purchase - even on prime sale prices which are frequent - and I can honestly tell you that it works out so much cheaper over time for a one off payment that I now don’t need to worry about until October 26 when I purchase a new one.So one piece of advice, check the providers broadband availability for your postcode and see what they can or can’t offer in speeds as Three wasn’t available to me originally and gave me speeds of 10 - 35Mbps on a good day and EE which was good for my postcode, gives me 100 - 300 Mbps on a bad day! Not bad for around £10 a month for fast speeds and unlimited data (to a certain amount for fair use policy) 100% recommend, especially for their customer service.

A good 'upfront' price
'We're excited to get you connected' ran the blurb - yay, so was I, (my excitement knew no bounds) when my little EE 4G machine and it's new friend 'unlimited sim card' found each other and 'bonded' after a few teething problems. After tearing my hair out, a few 'choice' words and several machine resets, they finally got their act together and connected. It was slow at first, and then it behaved itself and I was getting 130+ mps., which is great for my needs. I've only used it for 4 days so only time will tell if it lives up to it's hype. It depends on the price and date of purchase as to how much it works out per month. According to a web' calculator I worked mine out at £13.97 p.m. which I think is excellent.

Great value
Excellent value for money. On my second one of these. First one lasted around a week or 2 longer than expected. Never any issues. Would definitely recommend

Easy to Use with Okay Speeds
I used it in a mobile router for business broadband and it worked straight away. The speed is okay, not quite what you would expect from full 5G but still decent enough for streaming, video calls and regular browsing. A convenient option if you want flexibility without a contract. I would consider getting it again.

Needed for router in motorhome Up to now signal strength is great. Use it for streaming and emails browsing etc. Good price too
