I also ordered the shampoo, conditioner, and oral supplements. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have lost a lot of hair, so I know the drill. I am under a doctor's care for this situation (she thinks related to a majorly stressful event) and she did recommend Nutrafol, but their website is a big time-waster so I am grateful I can buy what I need/want from Amazon. It will take months to see results from the oral supplements (that's normal), and there is only so much that shampoo and conditioner can do. But the serum! After a few days, I am still losing hair but the amount I am losing every day has dramatically decreased. After seeing this change, I am much more optimistic that this will pass and my hair will grow back. For now, I am sticking with the Nutrafol routine. I should mention that I also use a minoxidil / rosemary topical once a day (also available here on Amazon), and it seems to help, but the more dramatic difference occurred when I added the Nutrafol serum. You only use the Nutrafol serum once a day, so I use the Nutrafol at night and the minoxidil in morning. If I could only buy one of Nutrafol's products, it would be this serum, and I would continue use it in conjunction with the minoxidil. It helps that what little scent the serum has is light, natural, and clean, plus this doesn't leave any noticeable oil or residue on my hair.

Received on Sept.16, it is now Sept.28-12 days and wow. I was actually thinking of writing this review nearly a week ago. I’m taking both the Nutrofol pills, as well as using this hair serum, so I’m not sure how either works by itself but the amount of growth I’ve seen in just the first week, is amazing. It was supposed to be six weeks before seeing results. I most likely will not be purchasing both next time and will see what one or the other continues to do but will definitely continue one of them. I decided to jump-start it by purchasing both to start. I’m so glad I did! I’ve always had very thick hair but can see my scalp at the temples and top front when the light hits from above. I used Rogaine for women in the past and it worked, though the problem was minute at the time, and I don’t remember seeing results this fast. However, that product made my hair completely unmanageable, whereas, this does not and it’s required twice a day, this one, once.

I saw many reviews showing that the product arrived open, I still decided to check it and indeed that's how mine arrived too, let's see how effective the serum is after using it

Make sure it’s not a used or returned bottle. It should come sealed in a sealed plastic packaging. I’ve ordered three times and only once was it sealed like a new bottle. Anyone could have tampered with the the two that seemed used. I sent the back. It’s too expensive to receive a used or unsealed bottle. Guaranteed Factory sealed is the only way I would buy this again. The sealed bottle was great and seemed to make a big difference. When ordered again however…. Received unsealed so had to return it. Now I am skeptical and do not trust.
