can you use morning and double cleanse at night?

I use the regular foaming cleanser or the Sa one then this and which ever cleanser depending on the serum I want to use after. I would suggest only double cleansing in the evening with it as it is a travel size rather than full size.

Will this remove sunscreen or sunblock?
