Giganotosaurus Dinosaur Toy Realistic,Flashing Lights&Sound. Big Hit for Dino Lovers!.
LIKES: I watched the excitement, smile, and happiness as my neighbor's kids saw the dinosaur. It is a big hit. Best of all is the rubber tongue, everybody commented on that. My cat is interested in it but not up close; the dog is watching it, and has not decided yet. The flashing lights, roars, and jaw, swinging tail and head, and walking movements are exciting and creative. Assembly is easy; all parts were included. Remember batteries are not included. When the child wants to have a dinosaur attack, you may need to have another dinosaur handy. This will be great entertainment for the pre-school and some older kids too. Dinosaurs are popular right now as well as in our history. Great for Show and Tell day. Dislikes: The tail falls off but snaps right back on. Not sure all young children can do that; but you can. I think the price could be lowered especially with the Holidays approaching.

Cool but Tail kept falling off
It arrives with the arms and tail off. It was a bit challenging to get the tail on and once on, it seemed to easily fall off. This is really cute and my little one loved it but we had challenges with the tail.

Fun for Pets
Despite the name, Gigantasaurus, this thing is not very large. It is a good size though and has a lot of appeal. It comes in pieces in the box. You have to assemble the legs and tail. The only instructions are on the box and tell how to attach the tail and install the batteries. I did not see any other instructions. The legs are somewhat hard to put on. They would pop back off but I finally got them to stay. The fun came when I got it together and started pushing the buttons. It moves its torso and jaw and roars. The chest lights up red too. My pug puppy went crazy trying to "protect" me from it and my cats were fascinated. So, would have been five stars based solely on the fun value.

No sound
Dinosaur doesn't make noise. Defective toy. Put in 2 sets of new batteries and doesn't work.

Fun and Lively Dinosaur Toy with Great Details
This Giganotosaurus toy has been a big hit in our household. Measuring 19 inches long, 5 inches wide, and 7.5 inches tall, it’s definitely a large toy and makes an impressive presence during playtime. The size alone adds to the wow factor and makes it a standout gift for any young dinosaur enthusiast. Visually, the toy is striking—the colors are rich and vibrant, and the skin texture, hands, feet, and tail all feature good detail. The mouth is especially well done, with sharp-looking teeth and a rubbery tongue that adds a nice touch of realism. The toy includes moveable arms and legs, rotatable feet, and a swinging tail. Pressing the button on the tail opens the mouth and activates a roaring sound (when batteries are installed). While the roar adds excitement, we chose to remove the batteries after the first day because there’s no off switch. As you can imagine, the roaring can be triggered frequently during play, which can become a bit overwhelming indoors. In terms of value, while the plastic isn’t quite as thick or heavy-duty as you might expect at this price point, the toy has held up surprisingly well to rough and regular use. It seems built for play, not just display—and in our case, it’s already seen a lot of action and is still going strong. Overall, it’s a fun and impressive toy that offers solid play value and makes a great gift for dinosaur-loving kids.

Young grandkids love this Dino! It's body glow red - very cool
This is a big dinosaur that does cool things - it makes roar noises and its body glows RED. My young grandkids absolutely love playing with this dino. Great addition to their dinosaur collection and this one is now one of the fav's. ASSEMBLY: The legs and tail need to be attached. The legs took a little bit of wiggling around to get them to snap into place. Check to make sure the correct leg is being attached to the correct side. Once the legs and tail are attached they stay put. Batteries - for the sounds and light - not included. This is nice enough to gift.
