Many different positions
It may take you a while to find a comfortable spot for your head but, given my experience, you will - eventually. This pillow is an interesting idea and has, without a doubt, contributed to much longer, undisturbed, sleep for me.It's hard to describe but I recommend it wholeheartedly. Get the cover while you're at it, nothing else will work well

Awkward fit, hard to get on
While this is soft, material is great, it’s incredibly difficult to put on the pillow. I have the same brand pillow so I thought it would fit perfectly. The case zipper doesn’t open all the way, I ripped the stitching in two places trying to get it on. You can see in my photo that there’s still a couple inches on either side of the zipper that doesn’t open. It still doesn’t look like it’s on right. I bought a different brand case that unzips all the way and fits much better, but the fabric isn't as nice. I spent fifteen minutes trying to get this on and my husband thinks I should return it. Good luck!
