Great investment!
The media could not be loaded. This product worked beautifully for cleaning my dryer vent. I had a strong odor of burning coming from my dryer and thought I was going to have to call someone to fix it or I was going to need a new dryer. I researched and started looking into the dryer and found out that the DIY lint collector I had attached to the dryer vent had not fallen off when it became full (and/or the rubber band I used to fasten it broke) like it usually would. I use knee high pantyhose and a rubber band to collect the lint. In the past it would just fall off. No problem. This time I created a huge fire hazard!! I will never do that again! The lint can just blow free despite the mess it makes on the slab. This brush worked wonderfully. Really loosened up all the sticky lint caked up on the vent hose. Although I was not able to attaché there Wanda to the drill, manually it works just fine in this instance. Also, I believe this will work well should I ever feel motivated to clean out air ducts in the house. The first time the heater gets turned on, there is always a burning scent as well that permeates the house. Yuck.

Sturdy and Effective
This thing was awesome. It flexes but don’t expect it to bend 90 degrees because it won’t. I hooked it up to my drill and it cleaned the mess out of my dryer exhaust. Make sure to have a vacuum or something to suck up the lint or dust. Otherwise it will pile it up on the outside of the pipe. It’s long enough to reach into my home air vents but not enough to go really far. So I’m looking to get another set and extend it. The gauge is big enough to support about 30 ft, from what I’m guessing.I would recommend to keep some pliers handy if you use a drill on this. Spinning the rods only tightens them together more, so you’ll need something to really grip each one to twist and separate them. I’m fine with this. If I hook up 30 ft of line together, I don’t want the thing coming apart halfway in my vents.

Good quality and works well, be careful fastening sticks toegether though
Pretty good quality and flexible. Only issue I had was the sticks can become unscrewed when in use so mine got lodged in the vertical vent pipe and it took several hours to get it out. I would recommend duct taping each screw joint for safety when using so you don't have the same issue. It cleaned the duct very well and loosen up debris. Would have given it 5 stars if the sticks didn't become unscrewed so easily.

Works perfect
This is a simple well-designed tool at a great price! It screws together nicely and allows you to add as many extension rods as needed for the job. The one thing I really like is that the bristles are softer than a different brand I had used previously. This made it much easier to push and pull thru the vent pipe as well as around bends in the pipe. I will say though that if you have a sharp 90 degree turn in your vent this probably wouldn't be flexible enough to be able to pass it. It is certainly durable enough that this could be used for years to come. I would certainly recommend.

Easy to use and effective.
The brush fit perfectly in the vent and really pulled out the lint (had no idea the vent was that dirty). The rods are sturdy, but flexible; just remember to turn the brush CLOCKWISE as you clean so the rods don't come apart in the vent (this is in the directions, but it doesn't hurt to see it again). After running the brush through several times I turned on the dryer and this blew even more lint out (I was operating from outside my house). Well worth the money!

Connectors get stuck in curves
Easy to screw together but the joints are too long so the flexibility of the entire unit goes down. Mine got stuck inside the pipe. The edge of the screw connector got caught on something inside. I couldn't pull the brush back out so I had to take apart the vent pipe and push the brush out theback.

This is a really inexpensive way to increase the safety of your home.
I cleaned a frightening amount of lint from my dryer duct, without having to pay $100+ and wait for a serviceman to arrive. The whole thing fits in a box roughly the size of a shoebox, but then extends out easily. Flexible enough to get as far as it would reach, but sturdy enough to bump past the duct joints. I'm not sure that the brush head is wide enough to use for air conditioning ductwork, but it's perfect for cleaning the dryer vent on the outside of your house. You'll be frightened by how much lint flies out, and be grateful to have that flammable stuff removed.

Great for cleaning drier vent pipes
Does a nice job, even can go through elbows. Does a great job of clearing stuck on lint!
