Great to add to body weight exercises or just to walk. 16lb is pretty legit. The fit and feel is good. Adjust for the most part to you but mine is a little big but I love adding it to my workouts.

This is very comfortable to walk in, although admittedly, I've only used it on a treadmill. I get a pretty good sweat on in this but it doesn't hold the smell so that's super nice. It doesn't move around while walking, it stays in place very well. I'm only 5' tall, so I think this is a perfect size overall, it doesn't feel like it is overpowering my whole upper body.

This is great for walking or wearing around the house for exercise. I have a large chest and the counter weight feels so good on my back, as it pulls me into the correct posture and allows me to feel more balanced. Highly recommend for women with large heavy breasts just for the pain relief! Nice benefit to excercise!
