Great for homes with dogs! So much easier to clean up dog hair than a fabric sofa. Big enough for me & my big dog. My boy has huge claws & somehow this "vegan leather" takes it well. No scratches or tears & he's on it constantly. Great sofa! It's not super soft, but soft would not have worked for us.

Very, very firm. My husband likes it okay but I’m not crazy about it. My back hurts if I sit on it too long. It was easy enough to put together and is a great size for a small apartment. If you like firm furniture it’s definitely worth it. It has held up nicely and is very easy to clean. With 2 boys and two dogs and 3 cats it still looks just like the day I got it.

The item had structural damage and broke just after the 60 day Seller warranty. A guest who was less than 130 lbs sat on the bottom and it just broke. We had gotten the 5 yr Protection Plan from Uniters and what a joke! I submitted my claim with them on 10/20/20. I immediately got an email back from them stating it was still under the Manufacturing Warranty and to call Amazon. I called Amazon the same day and they made a complaint to the seller. The seller responded within 24 hours that it was no longer under the manufacturing warranty. I went through this circle 3 times before Uniters was correctly contacted by Amazon! Finally, on 11/12/20 Uniters was contacted correctly and quickly our claim was denied, stating structural damage. So if I would have ripped a hole in the fabric they would replace the item, but not a broken board, on a 5 YEAR PROTECTION PLAN! So Amazon appeared to step in and offer for us to return the item and we would get a refund. First, we were told we would be refunded for shipping costs but would have to pay upfront ourselves. Luckily I hesitated asked for it in writing as it would be $300 just for the custom boxes and $200 for shipping. As I was getting clarification my case was said to be escalated to a supervisor. I got an email today from Amazon's A to Z Guarantee with a denial of my claim. 1st due to it being 30 days after I had received the item. 2nd because it wasn't returned in the 14-day time frame from which the label was created, which is 11/14/20. So easy to say I'm outraged!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE COUCH, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE "PROTECTION PLAN" AND DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH AMAZON!!

It looks very nice, and for someone who likes a firm bed (like me) you could even spend the night on this couch. Mine is white, and it came in excellent, clean condition. The ottoman bench is as long as a small love seat, and I use it as extra seating (up against a wall) or as a coffee table (with a tray on top of it). **A word or two of advice about assembly**: everything IS included, but be sure to search for it wherever the black underneath of the couch-base parts is able to be pulled away. The tools you need are also included. I found that, when joining together the chaise lounge part to the other part of the sofa base (the two-cushion part), the given screws were a bit too short to secure nuts on either side. Perhaps for someone with more strength than me it would have been sufficient. But I went out and bought longer screws to make sure the two parts were securely anchored. Also -- it is VERY important to attach the sofa arms tight to the sofa, especially if you intend to lean on them occasionally while sitting. Thirdly, as others have noted, the velcro attaching the ottoman-bench cushion to the ottoman bench are mismatched (their placement is off and , moreover, they are two fuzzy sides instead of one fuzzy and one "catchy"). I bought two, 3/4" wide velcro strips at the corner hardware store and that has done the trick. The cushion stays on perfectly. Finally, don't put any of the legs on until everything else (like, the whole sofa) is assembled, because you will need to access the underside of the couch repeatedly while assembling the sofa. I was able to put this together myself, but I will say it took some head scratching to figure out what was what and where it went. The instructions were mostly helpful. I have had it a little more than a week and am very happy. I am 5'9" and long-legged. I find the chaise lounge part is the perfect length for me. Any dirt that has appeared (i was moving in, so things got bumped) I have wiped off easily with a damp cloth.

We purchased this sofa the end of November in 2023 for extra kid seating. It was never comfortable, but looked nice. It was small enough, and easy to clean, so it was worth the gamble for something only kids were going to sit on. On Christmas of 2024, my son sat on the ottoman, and it snapped in the center. My 52lb 6 year old broke one of the arms, which pulled completely apart from the couch and bows out. We push that part against the wall. The seams are also blown on the seats. I would recommend spending a little more, and getting a better quality sofa.
